Celebrate The Leadership Initiatives of Young LEADers

The appreciating, awarding and networking event of young LEADers is LEAD Valedictory. The innovative projects of the academic year are identified, showcased and awarded during Valedictory ceremony.

LEAdership story sharing also happens where LEADers narrate the story of their journey to overcoming the obstacles and realizing their dream. LEAD Valedictory is held at various locations of LEAD

The annual year of LEAD begins in August with Kick Off event and ends in April with Valedictory function. Valedictory function is celebrated to commemorate the hard work, innovation and achievement of young leaders.

Events will include an inauguration of the project showcase of 30 innovative leadership projects/models, leadership story sharing, awards and appreciation to the best students and faculties of the year.

Highlights of the Event to Witness

  • 1 college in Varanasi made it true, "No Helmet, No Parking"

  • 2 Govt schools are renovated and made creative by a team of youth.

  • 48 college youth took part in a unique leadership journey across UP, Delhi and Karnataka and witnessed the remarkable work and had personal meet with the most inspiring people.

  • 35 college youth from Varanasi participated in 8th youth conference at Hubballi Karnataka and got the best Leader (Mandavi) and Best Supporting College (VCW) Award in National Level.
