Mr Dharmendra Patel, a true leader re-lived his amazing Journey – PRAYANA!! Being a traveller himself, he simply said Like water is to thirsty person..
I, Amarjeet Singh, a Prayanee of 2017 who went as the social media head of Varanasi was a bit nervous during the beginning of the journey.
Learned a lot and enjoyed my job with various responsibilities at a time. It was the first time in UP and for me also, first time in organising team with various responsibilities. Learned quick response, team coordination, time management, handling different situations and reading mind-sets.Amarjeet Singh, Varanasi
LEAD Prayana gave me opportunity to explore myself and built up with experience, knowledge and skills from different places and people's which are most valuable asset. This journey completely change my perception about Indian society and now I can able to experience what a common man felt in everyday life.Himanshu K.R , Punjab
LEAD Prayana build a strong leader in me. The role models taught me to be the master of my own creations. I am more confident and open minded. Apart from family and study, I make strategies for my country. Now I decide myself what I want the society to speak about me and can proudly say that I am a leader.Twinkle Dubey, VKM, Varanasi
I am really grateful that I was the part of LEAD Prayana Ek Soch Sandbox. This journey has helped me to discover my potential and work in an environment I never thought of. The discipline this journey taught us will be the key factor to our success in future. Now I am really interested to join LEAD for full time because I have been working for myself but now is the time to work selflessly as you do in Punjab.Tushar Bansal, CU, Chandigarh
It was a life changing experience for me. It open the gates for me. I was not able to interact with anyone earlier, never use to manage with anyone, never compromise in anything, but LEAD Prayana has opened me out.
When I join LEAD Prayana, I thought that this is a journey and only boring lecture. But when passing the time I learnt innovation, team building, and time management. The main thing I learnt is communication skill.
WIs journey ne mujhe naye tarah se project karne ka energy diya hai. Har kaam zero se shuru hota hai, hume apne ability, potential, politeness and hard work ko bhulna nhi chahiye.
I learned to explore and turn my ideas into action by always being down towards earth and to help people in the best creative way.
It is a journey in which we learn with fun and it open our mind to learn other than studies.
